Veteran Home Calc has no accounts, no logins, and no contact forms. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, income documentation, or any other personal information.

Everything you type into a calculator is processed in your browser. Your home price, income, debts, and other figures are never transmitted to us, stored on a server, sold, or shared with lenders.

We use standard, privacy-conscious web analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which calculators people find useful. This records aggregate usage only:

• which pages are viewed
• whether a calculator produced a result (an event containing only the calculator's name)
• general technical information your browser sends to any website, such as device type, browser, and approximate region

We do not send any value you enter into a calculator to analytics, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Our analytics provider may set cookies to distinguish repeat visits. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting any calculator on this site.

We link to official government resources such as VA.gov. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

If we ever change what we collect, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
